YUCHUN LAB / SYSTEMS

In preparation

Business systems,
grown from real workflows.

This line of work is still in research and planning — there is no product for sale yet. This page explains the problem we want to solve, the scope we are exploring, and exactly how far along we are.

01

WHY

Why we want to build this

Internal systems often make the floor adapt to the software instead of the other way round. The reason is structural: most vendors sell one system to many organisations and spread the cost across that scale, which leaves little appetite for the hours needed to integrate one site's hardware and legacy systems. The result is work that could be automated still being repeated by hand.

02

SCOPE

Scope we are exploring

These are the directions under research. None of them is something you can buy today.

01Internal operations systems

Turning repetitive manual routines — scheduling, records, handovers — into systems that can be tracked and handed over.

02Data and hardware integration

Bringing data from existing instruments and legacy systems in, so improvement does not require replacing everything first.

03Organisation-specific modules

Lookup, training material and client management modules. These handle personal data, so the risk and regulatory load is higher and this moves more cautiously than the rest.

03

PRINCIPLES

Architectural commitments already settled

The product scope is still moving, but these design premises are not up for negotiation.

Data ownershipData stays where it belongs

Sensitive data is pushed out by the site itself; the cloud never dials into an internal network.

AvailabilityIt has to work offline

When the connection is unreliable, basic lookups and on-site operations still need to run.

MaintainabilityOne core, modules enabled per site

One shared codebase with configuration deciding which modules run — never a one-off custom fork.

Current status: in preparation

This line is still in research and planning. We will not promise timelines on something that does not exist yet, so here is what we do and do not have.

What we have
  • Experience building and operating our own tool apps
  • Custom backends and systems already live in production
  • Hands-on background spanning software engineering and real operational work
What we do not have
  • A systems product offered for sale
  • Published pricing, rollout timelines or service levels
  • Third-party audits or regulatory certification

If this is close to something you need, get in touch — we will tell you honestly what we can and cannot do today.
